Abstract

Abstract Climate change discussions used to focus on scientific, environmental and economic aspects, and with the development of scientific understanding of the causes and consequences of climate change and the clarification of its effects on people and living conditions. The focus of discussions has gradually expanded, and the human and social dimensions of climate change are receiving increasing attention. The widening consequences of climate change and its impact on conflicts are a matter of concern to humanitarian workers, as the debate is now going on about the extent of the impact of climate change on the outbreak or exacerbation of armed conflicts.
