Abstract
The state, through its political, economic, legal, administrative and geographical functions, and its basic elements is the institution of institutions that have undergone and are still subject to continuous study, examination and analysis, in order to clarify the factors that cause their emergence, types and elements and to show their strength and weakness factors or causes of their collapse or disintegration, the state’s ability to confront crises and problems limit The nature of that state, and the extent and how it responds to those problems and crises in a manner that preserves the unity and strength of the state and its proper functioning and functions The administration of the state comes from its importance to manage its affairs in all political, economic, security, social and other aspects, and to achieve progress, development, stability and collective prosperity. The state administration in Tunisia after 2011, after the democratic transition stage, was marred by many challenges that affected directly or indirectly as a result of political instability, the deterioration of the economic aspect and the prevalence of corruption in state institutions, which affected the state administration.
