Paying harm in the Noble Qur’an (A comparative study between al-Tabari and al-Tabarsi)

Abstract

The street considered the principle of non-harm to be one of the purposes of the Sharia, but the Sharia is based on interests in all its provisions and mandates, so it is decided by the scholars that the harm must be paid. The scholars agreed that the Sharia came by preserving and supplementing interests and preventing and reducing the corrupts, and the Sunnis believe that the street's consideration of the interests of the slaves is preferable to him and generosity and not a duty to him, and the scholars divided the interests into worldly and eschatological and the Sharia came taking into account the interests of both kinds. The research dealt with aspects of the interests stipulated by the street as well as those that are deduced from the texts and not stipulated, and from the verses that I stood on through research in his saying – Almighty – "The author of their hearts" which resulted in many interests, some of which stood on each other through the interpretation of the verse by commentators and scholars. The problem of searching has revealed the main question, which is what are the aspects of interest in the words of Allah the Almighty: {The author of their hearts}. Which manifested itself in direct and indirect interests through the interpretation of the verse, as well as the pillars of faith that the verse established in the souls of believers, the rules of societal peace, the integration of legislation and legitimate interests and the statement thereof, and this was through the use of the descriptive and analytical approach to deduce the interests explained to me through the sayings of scholars and interpreters. The most important result of the research was that the distribution of zakat to the varieties of eight of them: the author of their hearts who were given by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to compose them in religion and he used them over those who were not spared from others, and that was the saying of many companions, followers and the audience of interpreters.
