The attributes of the prophets and messengers (peace be upon them) a doctrinal study in light of the Algerian system’s explanation by Al-Manshalili (d. 979 AH)
Abstract
I wrote this research for Imam Hamad bin Turki Al-Manshalili, in which I dealt with the prophecies and attributes of the prophets and messengers (peace be upon them), and it is one of the important doctrinal topics in Islamic law. This research consisted of six demands, an introduction and a conclusion. The introduction showed the importance of the topic, its studies, and its methodology. The first demand was about infallibility. The second requirement is about reporting, the third requirement is about honesty, the fourth requirement is about the human symptoms of the prophets, the fifth requirement is about intelligence, while the sixth requirement is about the humanity of the prophets and their masculinity, then I discussed the most important results that came out of this research.
